Jan. 14—Decatur police arrested a man and a woman Tuesday after finding synthetic marijuana and marijuana inside a residence also occupied by children, according to a Decatur Police Department press release.
Joshtez Oneal Bolding, 30, is charged with trafficking synthetic cannabinoids, possession of marijuana and paraphernalia, and two counts of chemical endangerment, the release said. Bolding remained in the Morgan County Jail on Tuesday afternoon in lieu of a $190,300 bond.
Breishna Trevena Johnson, 27, is charged with two counts of chemical endangerment, according to the release. She remained in the Morgan County Jail on Tuesday afternoon in lieu of a $60,000 bond.
Decatur police executed a search warrant on Bolding’s residence following an investigation into drug activity in the area of Lakeview Apartments at 3120 Sumac Road S.W., according to police. Inside, investigators said they found 5.2 pounds of synthetic marijuana, 3.5 ounces of marijuana and a firearm.
A Decatur police spokeswoman said children were inside the residence.
