TEWKSBURY – A $2,000 reward is offered for information leading to the arrest of a suspect in connection with a shooting in the township in September.
Hunterdon County Prosecutor Renée M. Robeson and Tewksbury Police Chief Timothy Hanft have released a sketch of the suspect in the incident at about 11 a.m. Sept. 20 on Guinea Hollow Road.
Authorities say the victim told police that while driving on the road, two males, described as in their mid- to late-20s, flagged down the victim.
The victim stopped and got out the vehicle to help when one of the males raised a gun and shot the victim’s vehicle, authorities said. The victim then got back into the vehicle and fled the scene.
