Three men have been charged in a shooting that left a 61-year-old woman dead in the West End last spring.
Willie Jones, 34, Jeromy Jones, 32, and Sergio Fain, 29, were arrested within the past week in connection to the death of Angela McNeil, who was fatally shot in April, Cincinnati police said in a news release.
Willie Jones and Jeromy Jones, who are brothers, were arrested Wednesday in Northern Kentucky after they had fled Ohio, the U.S. Marshals Service said in a news release. Jeromy Jones was located on Woodburn Avenue in Covington and Willie Jones was located on Transformation Lane in Florence, the release said.
Fain was arrested a week earlier on Jan. 1 by Cincinnati police.
All three have been charged with murder, Cincinnati police said in their release.
Officials said the Jones brothers are being held at Kenton County Jail pending their extradition back to Ohio.
Fain is currently being held at the Hamilton County Jail.
In late April, police said the 61-year-old McNeil and a second victim were found suffering from gunshot wounds at 531 York Street. McNeil was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
The second victim was said to be in stable condition. Police did not release any additional details about the second victim.
