PORTSMOUTH — Three more locals have been charged as a part of shooting at the Lett Terrace PMHA housing complex on Dec. 28.
Scioto County Sheriff David Thoroughman said the case was presented to the Scioto County Grand Jury Friday, Jan. 3. As a result, the Scioto County Grand Jury issued indictment warrants, which added two counts of attempted murder on the males and included new charges for three females.
Thoroughman said detectives and deputies were able to track down and arrest two of the females at 311 D Noel Lane, West Portsmouth. The third female was located at 902 Terrace St., Portsmouth.
Arrested as part of Friday’s indictment warrants were: Chloe Williams, 23, of West Portsmouth; Hayley Will, 26, of West Portsmouth, and Torrie Woodrow, 21, of Portsmouth. They were charged with two counts of complicity to attempted murder, two counts of complicity to felonious assault, and tampering with evidence.
Charged at the time of the initial incident investigation were three men and two male juveniles. The men arrested were: Trevon Watts, 26; Kaeden Levi Borders, 18; and Cody Creed Milum, 19. All are from Portsmouth and are currently being housed at the Scioto County Jail. The two male juveniles are being held at the Ross County Juvenile Detention Center in Chillicothe.
All five have been charged with discharging a firearm over a roadway, weapons under disability, two counts of felonious assault, tampering with evidence, improperly discharging a firearm into a habitation, and three counts of criminal damaging. All are felony-level charges of varying degrees.
No appearances have been scheduled yet for those charged in Scioto County Court of Common Pleas.
