BATTLE CREEK — The Battle Creek Police responded to a report of gunfire in the 200 block of Parkway Drive shortly after 10:30 p.m. on Saturday.
Residents of a house on that block reported their home had been struck by gunfire. The house was occupied by a 67-year-old man and woman, neither sustained injury. The house was hit six times, and officers found three shell casings in the roadway. No suspects have been identified at this time, and it is believed to be an isolated incident.
