Business owners spoke to Channel 2′s Audrey Washington on Tuesday, concerned about how customers will make it to their stores while crews make repairs.
“Yes, I’m concerned, and I’m surprised that there’s a little hole in the street,” Jan Bolgla, owner of Atlanta Vintage Books said. “I don’t know if anybody can get down Clairmont to get to our store but we’re open. You just have to go down Manville. So, it probably will not be our best day.”
“They said it’s going to take all day. That’s very discouraging for business. Missing a whole day of work is really hard for a small business,” Bolgla said.
