Bronx man faces multiple felony charges after Trooper traffic stop in Tarrytown

A Bronx man is facing multiple felony drug and weapons charges after state troopers found excessive amounts of narcotics during a traffic stop in Tarrytown Wednesday.

New York State Police said Troop T officers stopped a 2018 Nissan Rogue on I-87 in Greenburgh around 1 p.m. for vehicle and traffic violations.

Upon inspection of the vehicle, police found that Maximilian X. Blevins, 27, of the Bronx had a stolen and loaded 9mm firearm from North Carolina in his possession, along with approximately 1,574 grams of white cocaine, 15 grams of pink cocaine, 354 grams of Alprazolam, 467 grams of cannabis, 6 grams of amphetamine, 3 grams of MDMA, 145 grams of heroin and other various drug paraphernalia.

Maximilian Blevins, 27, of the Bronx, is facing multiple felony charges after troopers found drugs and weapons in his vehicle.

Blevins faces several vehicle and traffic violations, as well as 18 felony charges, including:

  • First, second and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance,

  • Fourth-degree criminal possession of a narcotic drug

  • Second and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon

  • Criminal possession of a firearm

  • Criminal possession of stolen property

Blevins was arraigned before Judge David A. Koenigsberg in the Dobbs Ferry Village Court and was remanded to Westchester County Jail without bail.
