Lusk said in a press release that additional funding may be available if anticipated projects meet eligibility requirements that include:
—A project being located in a certified BUILD WV District, as designated by the Secretaries of Commerce, Economic Development, and Tourism
—Project generates approved costs in excess of $3,000,000 or includes at least six residential units or houses
—Project creates a significant and positive economic impact on the state of West Virginia
—Project provides additional employment opportunities in the state of West Virginia
