Felonies
The following people were booked into the Lee County-Tupelo Adult Jail in connection with felony charges ending Wednesday at 11 a.m.
William E. Bond, 32, of New Albany, was arrested by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, possession of methamphetamine.
Clifton Antonio Hardy, 38, of Tupelo, was arrested by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, driving under the influence – fourth offense.
Reginald O. Perry, 32, of Tupelo, was arrested by the Tupelo Police Department, burglary of an auto, no insurance, no seat belt.

The following reports were filed Wednesday by the Lee County Sheriff’s Office.
A County Road 1325, Tupelo, man said his neighbor’s dog keeps harassing him when he goes to his mailbox. The dog growls and acts like it is going to bite him. The deputy explained that there are no leash laws in the county, but there is a dangerous animal ordinance that allows him to protect himself, his family and his pets from aggressive animals.
The owner of a Highway 178, Mooreville, business said his bank had mailed a check to another bank and that check was stolen from the post office in Memphis, Tennessee. His bank said he needed to file a report on their behalf for the purloined check.
