The M-85/Fort Street bridge over the Rouge River in southwest Detroit will be closed for repairs two days this week, Michigan Department of Transportation announced Saturday.
The route will be closed from Miller Road to Denmark Street as officials work on the bridge. It will be closed from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The MDOT offered three possible detours for travelers to take. Drivers can use Dix Road, Interstate 75 or West Jefferson Avenue as detour routes.
