A medical helicopter is responding to a car crash in Darke County Tuesday afternoon, a Darke County Sheriff’s Office dispatcher confirmed.

Darke County sheriff’s deputies and fire crews were called to a crash at US-127 and Hunter Road, north of Greenville, before 5 p.m.
