Traffic on the Massachusetts Turnpike eastbound in Auburn was backed up after a crash involving a tractor-trailer.
In Worcester, a school bus slid off Clark Street. There were no immediate reports of injuries.
Police in the city were responding to crashes on Plantation Street, Franklin Street and Brantwood Road, among others.
