A 31-year-old man was shot to death Friday in Oklahoma City, according to police.
Leopoldo Luna was found dead near NW 4 and Kentucky Avenue on Friday evening around 6:28 p.m. Police said they discovered the victim lying on the side of the road.
Investigators reported learning that the victim was involved in an argument that escalated into gunfire. This was the 77th homicide of the year.
