News outlets reported Replogle was accused of inappropriately touching students during the dance.

The former principal pleaded not guilty to the charge on Oct. 1 before the case was dismissed by the Tulsa Municipal Court on Nov. 4.

Replogle’s teaching license was up for consideration by the board, led by state schools Superintendent Ryan Walters, alongside other high-profile cases, including Greg Werner, the former Poteau High School football coach, and Aaron Espolt, the Shawnee superintendent.
