A 23-year-old man who was rushed to the hospital after being shot Monday night in Wilmington has died, police said Tuesday morning.
Jihad Bell, of Chester, Pennsylvania, was shot in the 400 block of W. 6th St. about 7:30 p.m. Responding police found him badly injured.
