Just weeks after returning to the field from a concussion, Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs left Sunday’s playoff game against the Eagles with an apparent head injury.

Doubs hit the back of his head on the turf on an incomplete pass in the end zone from Jordan Love in the third quarter. Doubs remained face down on the turf for several moments after the hit and required help from trainers to be turned over on his back.

As trainers tended to Doubs, several of his Packers teammates surrounded him on the field and took a knee.

After several minutes, Doubs was able to sit up with the aid of trainers. He eventually walked slowly off the field with the help of two trainers to the Packers locker room. Shortly after his exit, the Packers announced the Doubs was being evaluated for a concussion.
