Pensacola temps will hit 27 degrees early next week, high of just 39

Pensacola will see slightly warmer temperatures this week before another arctic blast of polar air hits the area early next week.

Temperatures in Pensacola will start in the mid-50s before rising as high as 68 degrees on Friday. Lows will remain cold, hovering between the upper-30s to mid-40s before jumping up to the mid-50s on Friday.

On Sunday, the coldest temperatures of the season will descend from the north, pushing cold air into the northern parts of Florida and dropping temperatures in Pensacola to a whopping 27 degrees, according to AccuWeather.

How cold will it get in Pensacola?

Starting on Saturday night, Pensacola’s warmer temperatures will gradually drop again. Sunday’s high will hit about 58 degrees, with a low around 31. There’s a 70% chance of rain, which could create some dangerous road conditions if standing water on roadways freeze over. Be sure to pay attention to weather updates on Sunday.

Temperatures plunge on Monday to highs around 44 degrees and lows around 27. Tuesday will see the coldest day, with a high of 39 degrees and a low of 28 degrees. Wednesday is slightly warmer, with a high of 43 degrees and a low of 27.

The area will start to warm back up after Wednesday.

Will it snow in Pensacola?

As of right now, snow is unlikely. Monday through Wednesday is expected to be sunny with no rain clouds in sight.
