Milena Schwitzer, grade 12, Notre Dame Academy
Milena Schwitzer
“Milena is a hard-working and disciplined student, a model leader at NDA, and a teacher’s dream in the classroom. Even though she is very busy with a full load of the most rigorous college-prep courses we offer, Milena arrives at school early in the morning to attend Mass. Milena has amazing character virtues and a heart for helping others. She seeks to have a meaningful career in public health where she will undoubtedly have a tremendous positive impact.”
–Becky Bain, college counselor, Notre Dame Academy
Lily Urben, grade 12, Pulaski High School
Lily Urben
“Lily does an incredible job in all of her classes, specifically Raider Graphics, making sure jobs are getting completed in a timely manner. Her attention to detail is tremendous as is her work ethic. Lily is an exceptionally hard-working individual and leader both in the classroom and on the court. Lily is a 3-year Varsity basketball player and also part of the track team. She has shown how hard work can make you stand out in the classroom and as she competes. She is a role model to her peers, and people look up to her for guidance. This is demonstrated by her being selected the captain of her respective teams. Lily has grown into a tremendous leader in the classroom and in her athletic competitions. She works hard everyday at being better at her craft and as a person. Lily is willing to speak up and contribute in the classroom. She works hard to be successful in all her classes and athletics. She has grown a lot in the four years she’s been at PHS.”
