St. Francis DeSales High School’s Chloe Ray was the winner in the Dispatch’s latest Student of the Week poll.
Ray secured nearly 60% of votes to top runner-up Nicholas Lusch of Canal Winchester High School.

“St. Francis DeSales High School is proud to nominate senior Chloe Ray as the Dispatch Student of the Week. Chloe is a member of the Environmental Club, Run the Race Club, National Honor Society and a member of the Swim and Dive team. She has been a graphic designer for the school’s student magazine, The Quill, throughout all four years of high school, and is the Senior Design Editor this year. Chloe also enjoys singing with the school’s Concert Choir and Horizons Choir.”

“Nicholas Lusch exemplifies academic excellence and dedication, making him a standout candidate for the Columbus Dispatch Student of the Week award. As a National Merit Scholarship Program Commended Student with an impressive 4.194 GPA, Nicholas ranks 14th in his graduating class, showcasing his commitment to scholastic achievement. His involvement in the Cisco Academy highlights his passion for technology and his pursuit of meaningful learning opportunities. Quietly excellent and deeply studious, Nicholas is a role model for his peers and a deserving recipient of this recognition.”
