Family and friends of a man killed in what police suspect was a targeted group attack in Melbourne’s outer west have laid flowers, as two men are taken into custody.
Police say a deadly brawl broke out shortly after 7pm on McBurnie Drive in Kurunjang between a group of people.
Two men and an 15-year-old boy were located when police arrived a short time later.

Despite efforts from paramedics, a 18-year-old local man died at the scene.
The second man, 22, from nearby Harkness, and the boy were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
They remain under police guard.

“It is believed the incident was targeted and the people involved are known to each other,” Victoria Police said in a statement.
On Saturday, police and SES personnel were seen conducting a line search of the cul-de-sac.
Family and friends could be seen gathering at the scene to lay flowers at the side of a metal fence.
