MARTIN COUNTY − Two men coming from Broward County are accused of shoplifting over $3,000 worth of merchandise on Wednesday night, recently-released law enforcement records show.
Frankys Estalella-Rodriguez, 28, and Lazaro Duanis Valdes, 26, were charged with shoplifting over $3,000 in stolen goods from the Burlington Coat Factory in the 3200 block of Northwest Federal Highway in Jensen Beach, according to arrest affidavits filed by the Martin County Sheriff’s Office.
The arrests happened when a Martin County Sheriff’s deputy conducted a traffic stop on a silver Nissan just north of the store and the car pulled over into the parking lot of a nearby Olive Garden restaurant.

A search of the vehicle revealed a plethora of clothing items and wallets. The deputy spoke with the manager of Burlington Coat Factory, who identified the two men by their clothing and said surveillance video showed the pair stealing items from the store, records stated.
The stolen items were seized and transported back to Burlington Coat Factory.

Estalella-Rodriguez told detectives he and Valdes also visited the Burlington Coat Factory in Palm Beach County but they did not steal any items, an arrest affidavit stated.
It’s unclear from court filings whether the two are represented by attorneys. They were both released Dec. 5 from the Martin County Jail after posting a bond of $2,500, records show.
