The National Weather Service predicts up to another 5-6 inches of snowfall Friday in Louisville, with a winter storm warning beginning overnight at 4 a.m.
A cold weather advisory also remains in place until 10 a.m., Thursday.
Snowfall estimates from the weather service Wednesday afternoon showed a 90% chance for at least 2 inches of snow in Louisville Friday and a 10% chance for at least 5 inches. Louisville had a 29% chance of 4 inches of snow or more.
