Wisconsin Beer Lovers fest is getting a new name and location in 2025

Wisconsin Beer Lovers festival is changing it up in 2025.

The fest dedicated to Wisconsin beer typically features dozens of vendors from around the state and more than 100 beer samples.

Starting next year, however, it will now go by WI + Beer Lovers Festival, according to a recent press release from the Wisconsin Brewers Guild and Discover the North Shore.

Mike Doble, a board member of the Wisconsin Brewers Guild, told the Journal Sentinel the name change was made to include all Wisconsin-made products. “We plan to have spirits, wineries, and maybe some food producers as well,” he said.

According to the press release, the 2025 WI + Beer Lovers Festival will feature “an expanded lineup of breweries, enhanced culinary offerings, and unique entertainment.”

On top of the new name, the festival, previously held at Bayshore Mall, will take place at Glendale’s Bavarian Bierhaus’s Famous Old Heidelberg Festival Grounds, at 700 W. Lexington Blvd.

Discover the North Shore Executive Director Becca Garrison said in the press release the Bierhaus is a “natural fit” for the festival.

“This move allows us to elevate the experience for both our brewers and guests, all while embracing the rich cultural heritage of this historic location,” Garrison said.

When is WI Craft Beverage & Food Festival 2025?

The 2025 event is slated for Saturday, June 7 from noon to 5 p.m.

More information will be released at a later date, per the press release.
