You can give legislative input to Evansville’s newest state legislator. Here’s how

EVANSVILLE — Newly elected Indiana State Rep. Alex Burton will host a town hall next week to talk about legislation in 2025.

The event is set for 6 p.m. Dec. 17 at the CK Newsome Community Center.

According to a news release from Burton’s press secretary, the town hall will offer residents the chance to offer feedback and input on legislative priorities.

Burton was officially sworn into his position representing District 77 in the Indiana House of Representatives on Nov. 19. He previously served as an elected city councilman in Evansville.
